Jeffrey R Lemus, CEO

Jeffrey was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts and comes from Salvadorean descent (1st generation American) In his early childhood he lived in Everett, Massachusetts where he enjoyed playing little league and earned a red belt in Martial Arts at the age of 10. The Lemus Family then moved to Reno.

Jeff attended North Valleys High School and earned Newcomer of the Year (2007) his junior year of high school and the Blair Roman Award of Excellence (2008) awarded to the most well rounded student-athlete on the Varsity 4A Football Team. His senior year (@ 17 y/o) he tied the Barbell Squat Record at 365 lbs and he also wrestled his freshman year of high school at the 171 weight class. 

Jeffrey’s parents purchased a small business in 2009 in the limited food service industry (Speedy Burritos in Reno, NV). To this day, the restaurant is still operating and is serving Northern Nevada great Mexican Food.  Jeff holds the role of Business Administrator, completing tasks from maintaining the website, accounting, and at times being a line cook!

Jeffrey went to the University of Nevada and graduated in 2016 with a B.S. in Business Administration with a emphasis in Business Management (3.33 GPA in Business School) and a minor in Spanish. Jeff was part of the Sigma Nu Fraternity and loved playing intramural sports in college.

There were many courses that were directly related to the business’ needs for professional services. As he got more experience with programs like Adobe Photoshop to the Microsoft Suite, the small business benefited from it tremendously. 

In the following years, Jeffrey took courses in QuickBooks, Bookkeeping, Cisco Computer Networking Basics, and read a variety of business related books ranging from finance to information technology. Jeff’s real passion is IT and statistics, and he loves to tinker with anything that is related to electronics and computers. 

Currenty, he’s studying to take the EA exam in Early 2025. In the future, he plans for PrepDocX LLC to become a financial management firm. With his oncoming skills in finance and taxes.
